Dr. Haley Livingston

Dr. Livingston earned her veterinary degree at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. The doctor is also Fear Free Certified, meaning she is trained to recognize and reduce fear, anxiety, and stress in pets, and can create a calmer environment that makes medical care safer, easier, and much more pleasant.

Originally planning to become a biology teacher, Dr. Livingston began volunteering at a local animal shelter and realized she could combine her love for science with animal care as a veterinarian. These days with her high-school-sweetheart-husband, Dr Livingston has a full house with two shepherds (Kai and Rowen) and four cats (Marcellus, Adaline, Elijah, and Riley).

Dr. Livingston’s advice to pet parents is to not be afraid to ask questions. She wants clients to know her role is to provide information and help, and they are in the position to give the most insight into their pet’s health. Her goal is to be a source of health information and community education so she can continue to advocate for her patients’ care.
